Melanie's expertise in Functional Movement, Movement Patterns and Strength & Conditioning provide value to the athletic programs she partners with.

Melanie Redd parters with coaches to develop programs for their players, founded in fundamentals and with the unique demands of each sport in mind, Melanie adds value to various sports programs with her expertise in teaching form, function, strength and conditioning.

*Melanie currently works for the Chaminade-Julienne High School Football team as an assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach and Wrestling Strength Coach.
"Melanie Redd is the strength & conditioning coach for football at Chaminade Julienne High school, providing her expertise in joint flexibility and functional movement training. She provides support in lifting form, running, speed training, and change of direction drills, assisting in conducting weekly routines for the Chaminade Julienne Football program. Melanie creates weekly core routines along with mobility and flexibility training as well. Melanie also works with other sports such as men’s track, women’s track, and wrestling.
She is great to have on staff with her wealth of knowledge in the world strength & conditioning as she has a passion for what she does and it’s displayed through her coaching. Melanie is persistent in her approach to great form, providing constructive feedback, and motivating athletes to overcome limitations. Furthermore, Melanie’s strong work ethic and infectious positive attitude has payed tremendous dividends for our student athletes. I firmly believe Melanie places clients and student athletes in advantageous positions to be successful in the gym and in life.
